AI marketing, operated like a studio

Marketing that reads the signal, not the noise.

Nordlight designs and runs AI-assisted campaign systems for considered brands. We find the demand that already exists, build the creative to meet it, and report on what actually moved — in plain language, with the workings shown.

The method

Three steps, in order, every time.

We don't start with tools. We start with the questions your buyers are actually typing — then work outward to creative and measurement.

  1. Find the signal

We map the searches, communities, and support threads where demand already lives. AI helps us cluster thousands of inputs into a handful of real themes; a human reads every one before it becomes a brief.

Output: a ranked theme map with evidence links.

  2. Build the creative

Each theme becomes a small set of ad concepts, landing sections, and lifecycle messages. We generate fast, edit hard, and keep only what sounds like you — tone-of-voice rules are enforced before anything ships.

Output: a launchable creative system, versioned and named.

  3. Measure honestly

We ship a measurement spec alongside the campaign: what counts, what doesn't, and how we'd know we're wrong. Every report shows the working — not just the number.

Output: a dashboard you can audit, plus a monthly read-out.

Selected work

Two engagements, described plainly.

These are sample case studies that follow the structure of a typical Nordlight engagement. No client names or real results are shown — we won't publish numbers without permission, and we won't invent them either.

B2B SaaS · DACH region · 12-week build

Repositioning a category that had become a keyword war.

illustrative sample
The situation
A mid-market workflow platform was buying the same three broad terms as four competitors. Cost per qualified demo had drifted up for six straight quarters.
What we did
Rebuilt the intent map around buyer objections instead of product features, then produced 24 objection-led creative units and a landing section for each of the top four themes.
What changed
In this illustrative scenario, cost per qualified session fell while the sales team reported fewer “wrong-fit” first calls. We'd confirm either claim against a real account before repeating it.

Direct-to-consumer · UK · 8-week build

Getting the lifecycle programme to sound like the founders.

illustrative sample
The situation
A skincare brand had a healthy acquisition funnel but a neglected lifecycle: four emails, all written by a contractor two years earlier.
What we did
Built a tone-of-voice brief from 40 pieces of founder writing, then generated and edited a 6-touch welcome series, a replenishment flow, and a seasonal reactivation set.
What changed
The illustrative outcome was a measurable lift in repeat purchase within the flow window. Real engagements would share a versioned copy doc and a measurement spec before launch.

Engagements

Three ways to work together.

Every engagement starts with the same diagnostic week. What differs is how much of the build we do with you, and how long we stay.

Diagnostic

1 week

A focused read of your account, intent map, and current creative. You leave with a prioritised brief.

  • Account & creative audit
  • Intent map v1 with evidence
  • Prioritised brief for the next 90 days
  • One 90-minute read-out call

Operate

Monthly

We run the system with you: monitor, iterate, and report on what changed and why, month over month.

  • Everything in Build
  • Ongoing creative iteration
  • Monthly read-out with the working shown
  • Quarterly re-map of the intent landscape

Pricing is scoped per engagement after the diagnostic. We'll always quote before we start.

Book a call

Tell us what you're trying to fix.

A short note is enough. We'll reply within two working days with either a proposed call time or an honest “we're not the right fit”.

Response time
Within two working days
Typical first call
30 minutes, no deck, no pitch
Not a fit if
You need results guaranteed by next week
